Gordon Hartman Family Foundation To Host Christmas Party for Those With Special Needs Dec. 5

WHO: Gordon and Maggie Hartman, co-founders of the Gordon Hartman Family Foundation; their daughter with special needs, Morgan, who has inspired them to accomplish remarkable things for the special-needs community; approximately 500 individuals with special needs and their immediate familes.

WHAT: Annual Christmas party sponsored by the Gordon Hartman Family Foundation, which since 2005 has dedicated its efforts to helping children and adults with special needs. This includes creation of world-renowned Morgan’s Wonderland theme park and other endeavors designed with individuals with special needs in mind and built for everyone’s enjoyment.

WHEN: 4-8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 5, 2021.

WHERE: Morgan’s Wonderland, 5223 David Edwards Drive (at the intersection of Wurzbach Parkway and Thousand Oaks Drive, a half-mile west of IH 35 in Northeast San Antonio).

WHY: To celebrate the holiday season with individuals in the community dealing daily with physical and cognitive special needs.

ETC.: Holiday party attendees will get to enjoy all that Morgan’s Wonderland has to offer along with dinner, dancing and photos with Santa Claus, all at no charge.

Non-profit Morgan’s Wonderland, which is completely wheelchair-accessible, features more than 25 attractions including rides, playgrounds and gardens. It’s part of Morgan’s Inclusion Initiative, the non-profit umbrella organization that coordinates planning, fundraising and communications among all Morgan’s Wonderland-associated ventures.
