Park Policies

Know Before You Go

Morgan’s Wonderland is a family theme park created with individuals with special needs in mind. We expect guests to behave appropriately. Unruly, disruptive, or offensive behavior, including line-jumping and profanity, is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Violating our park policies may be cause for ejection from the park without refund. For more information, please review Morgan’s Wonderland the park policies below.

Admission Policy

At peak times (e.g., during holidays, weekends, school breaks, summer and times that overlap with large or a number of parties or special or private events) as well as during other times, the number of guests in Morgan’s Wonderland or Morgan’s Inspiration Island can approach or reach maximum capacity. The parks generally operate on a first-come, first-served basis. At no time do we promise or guarantee that every guest will have available seating, a table or any other item or facility. We do not promise or guarantee entry on a specific date, and we do not accept reservations, except as otherwise provided for groups for which the necessary reservation is made, and special or private events that are scheduled and advertised as an event for which reservations can be made, provided that the necessary reservation is made.

Admission for Guests with Special Needs

Nonprofit Morgan’s Wonderland and Morgan’s Inspiration Island were built on the promise of providing free admission to anyone with a special need. For the purposes of Morgan’s Wonderland’s free admission policy, our focus is on those with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. We follow the honor policy in regards to individuals with special needs and rely on an individual’s honesty and integrity when he or she requests free admittance because of a special need. We do not require any proof of an individual’s special need. We do ask for the diagnosis in order to determine if the person qualifies for free admission and for our fundraising and developmental reporting.

Examples of disabilities and special needs that are readily provided free admission are serious, long-term physical and cognitive disabilities such as Down syndrome, deafness, blindness, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, cystic fibrosis, spina bifida, autism (including Asperger syndrome), orthopedic impairment, muscular dystrophy, seizure disorder (including epilepsy), sensory integration disorder, Tourette Syndrome, etc.

We recognize that Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and mental health conditions such as ADHD are serious health matters, but these chronic conditions do not fall within the free-admission spectrum. Nor do we grant complimentary admission just because a person arrives at Morgan’s Wonderland or Morgan’s Inspiration Island with a disability tag on his or her vehicle.

Although we do indeed take a very broad view of special needs, we simply cannot admit everyone free of charge. If that were the case, Morgan’s Wonderland and Morgan’s Inspiration Island would not be able to exist and provide the unique, inclusive family fun that our guests eagerly embrace. We’re grateful for our guests’ understanding and cooperation with regard to our policy.

Expiration of Admission

All admission tickets purchased online or in person expire one year from date of purchase. Morgan’s Wonderland is a seasonal park and is closed to the public in January and February. Morgan’s Inspiration Island is also a seasonal park that opens during warm-weather months, typically May to mid-September.
