Morgan’s Wonderland is a family theme park created with special-needs individuals in mind. We expect guests to behave appropriately. Unruly, disruptive or offensive behavior, including line-jumping and profanity, is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Violating our park policies may be cause for ejection from the park without refund. For more information, please review the park policies below.
At peak times (e.g., during holidays, weekends, school breaks, summer and times that overlap with large or a number of parties or special or private events) as well as during other times, the number of guests in the park can approach or reach maximum capacity. The park generally operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. At no time do we promise or guarantee that every guest will have available seating, a table or any other item or facility. We do not promise or guarantee entry on a specific date and we do not accept reservations, except as otherwise provided for groups for which the necessary reservation is made, and special or private events that are scheduled and advertised as an event for which reservations can be made, provided that the necessary reservation is made.
We may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund, credit or exchange: change the operating days and hours of the park or certain attractions, or temporarily close the park or any part of it, or restrict the number of persons having access to the park or any part of it, rotate or limit access to certain attractions, or suspend or cancel any attraction, party or event, in each case, for any reason or purpose including: for maintenance, repair, replacement, improvement or upgrade of attractions or of other facilities, machinery or equipment; for special or private events; capacity limits or restrictions; severe or inclement weather or wind; lightning; loss of power, electricity or other necessary utilities or services; in response to police or other governmental order or action; any other circumstance, occurrence or event that we in our discretion determine requires such response(s) or action(s) so as to ensure safety, security or order or for any other reasonable purpose. Please check our hours of operation calendar on the day of your visit. We will post information and updates on our website, Facebook, and Twitter if needed.
All admission tickets purchased online or in person expire one year from date of purchase. Morgan's Wonderland is a seasonal park and is closed to the public in January and February.
Morgan’s Wonderland was built on the promise of providing free admission to anyone with a special need. We try to be as open-minded as possible when a guest claims to have such a need. On the other hand, we must take in a reasonable amount of revenue to keep the park in operation. So it really comes down to relying on an individual’s honesty and integrity when he or she requests free admittance because of a special need. Here we will only ask for the diagnosis of any special need individual(s) that will be accompanying you. We do not require any proof of an individual’s special need. All we will ask is the diagnosis in order for us to honor the special rate.
We do not believe mostly temporary conditions such as colds, sore throats, broken bones, headaches, stuffy noses, kidney stones, sleep apnea, allergies, etc., constitute special needs. Neither is ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). Nor do we grant complimentary admission just because a person arrives at Morgan’s Wonderland with a disability tag on his or her vehicle.
We readily provide free admission for serious, long-term physical and cognitive disabilities such as Down Syndrome, deafness, blindness, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, cystic fibrosis, spina bifida, autism (including Asperger Syndrome), orthopedic impairment, muscular dystrophy, seizure disorder (including epilepsy), sensory integration disorder, Tourette Syndrome, etc.
We recognize that diabetes, cirrhosis of the liver, high blood pressure, heart disease and sleeping disorders are serious medical matters, but these chronic conditions do not fall within the free-admission spectrum.
Although we do indeed take a very broad view of special needs, we simply cannot admit everyone free of charge. If that were the case, Morgan’s Wonderland would not be able to exist and provide the unique, inclusive experience that our guests eagerly embrace. We’re grateful for our guests’ understanding and cooperation with regard to these guidelines.
Alcoholic beverages and glass containers are strictly prohibited to be brought into the park. Morgan’s Wonderland is a family theme park where everyone can play!
We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Excessive profanity and unruly behavior that are offensive to park guests may be cause for ejection without refund. We do understand that under some circumstances individuals with special needs may show these types of behavior.

We take pride in our family-friendly atmosphere, and for health and safety reasons, Morgan’s Wonderland strictly enforces a dress code. Proper attire must be worn at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear. Because we cater toward special-need individuals; exceptions will be made for individuals who cannot physically meet these requirements.

- Examples of clothing not permitted are those displaying:
- Graphic violence
- Support of drugs and drug use

- Promotion of discrimination against any group
Park admission may be denied if clothing or tattoos are deemed to be inappropriate by management and the guest refuses all reasonable options.
For your safety, certain rides may need to close during severe weather such as electrical storms, heavy rain or high winds. Depending on the severity of the storm, rides will re-open as soon as safe operations can be assured. At times if there is a slight mist, or if we experience a large storm the night before, Morgan’s Wonderland may opt to delay the opening time. We do our best to update our website and social media accounts at least 2 hours before the scheduled opening time to let our guests know whether or not we will remain open. Unfortunately, refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather.
Guests using profanity, abusive language or offensive symbols or gestures may be ejected from the park without refund.
